What is the weather like in Lake Tahoe in September?

September is a beautiful time in Lake Tahoe! We expect the weather to be in the low to mid 70s during the day and the 40s at night. Please bring layers!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Yes! The ceremony and reception are at Edgewood Tahoe Resort.

Is the ceremony or reception outside?

The ceremony and the reception will both be outside. Ladies, the ceremony will be held on grass. Please consider wearing block heels, wedges or flats.

What should I wear?

The dress code is formal.

Can I bring my kids?

We love your kids, but our wedding day will be for adults only.

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Yes! We will be providing transportation to the wedding venue from Margartiaville Resort and Hilton Vacation Club. More detailed information on transportation will be available closer to the wedding date.

Should we rent a car?

We highly recommend it! If you want to experience all that this beautiful area has to offer, having a car will be helpful.

Is Uber a good way to get around?

Uber can be frustratingly slow and unpredictable in the area, making it hard to rely on when you’re in a hurry. If you need to schedule transportation, we recommend the following: Tahoe Elite, Tahoe Thunder Taxi, or Tahoe Sierra Transportation.
